Give my heart,
My soul,
My all,
Just to see that glimmer,
That wonderful shimmer, in her eyes.

Complimented with that brave smile,
She’d send her only son on any trial,
Because she would gamble,
And Trade,
Sleepless, Worrisome nights,
For that glorious sight,
Of her returning soldier,
Safe,
For that warm & longful embrace,
And for that Smile,
That Smile of pride.

But the weight of your smile,
Weighs down on my shoulders,
Feed your pride I have to,
Dutifully,
Like how you once fed me with dreams,
So doesn’t matter whatever it may be,
The Trials,
Tribulations,
Tormentations,
For that Smile,
I’d give my life.
